Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.

- Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, cut the brownies into squares or rectangles.

- Repeat with remaining brownies and ice cream.
- Wrap each ice cream sandwich individually in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
