Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Rinse and hull the strawberries.
  2. Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Taste and add more sugar if needed, depending on the sweetness of your strawberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks.
  7. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  8. To unmold, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds.
  9. Enjoy your refreshing strawberry popsicles!

Notes

  • For a creamier popsicle, add 1/2 cup of yogurt or heavy cream to the blender.
  • You can also use frozen strawberries; just thaw them slightly before blending.
  • Adjust the sugar according to your preference and the sweetness of the strawberries.
  • For a fun twist, add small pieces of fresh fruit to the molds before freezing.
