Instructions
- Rinse and hull the strawberries.
- Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Taste and add more sugar if needed, depending on the sweetness of your strawberries.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To unmold, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds.
