Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the raspberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down and release their juices, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the solids.
- Add the lime juice to the raspberry syrup and stir to combine.
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the raspberry syrup and the chilled sparkling water or club soda.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with lime slices and fresh raspberries.
