Description

This easy S’mores Dip recipe is the perfect crowd-pleaser for your next party or get-together. It’s a gooey, chocolatey, marshmallowy dream that’s ready in minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Graham crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small oven-safe skillet or baking dish, combine the milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the melted chocolate.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for another 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two.
  7. Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a mix of dark chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips.
  • You can also add a layer of crushed graham crackers on top of the chocolate before adding the marshmallows for extra texture.
  • If you don’t have an oven-safe skillet, use a small baking dish.
  • For a quicker version, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
