Description

Decadent Salted Caramel Pretzel Cheesecake Balls – a no-bake dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with salty pretzels and sweet caramel. These bite-sized treats are perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 6 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the crushed pretzels and 1/4 cup of salted caramel sauce.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the cheesecake balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  6. Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  7. Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Drizzle with extra salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  10. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • If you don’t have coconut oil, you can substitute it with vegetable oil or shortening.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like chopped pretzels or chocolate shavings.
  • These cheesecake balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
