Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the crushed pretzels and 1/4 cup of salted caramel sauce.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the cheesecake balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle with extra salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
