  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of dry red wine (e.g., Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot)
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of dry white wine (e.g., Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda, chilled (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, white wine, blueberries, raspberries, and sliced strawberries.
  2. Add the brandy and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
