- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
- In a food processor, combine the black beans and applesauce. Process until smooth.
- Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Process until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
