- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced plums, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss gently to coat.
- Transfer the plum mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cold butter, 3/4 cup flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and salt. Use your fingers or a pastry blender to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
