Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 cup peach schnapps
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (or to taste)
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach schnapps, brandy, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the sliced peaches, orange slices, raspberries, and blueberries to the pitcher.
  3. Gently stir the fruit into the wine mixture.
  4. Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, add ice cubes to the pitcher.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the wine with white grape juice and omit the peach schnapps and brandy. Add a splash of peach nectar for extra flavor.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup to your taste.
  • You can use other types of fruit, such as strawberries or kiwi, to customize your sangria.
