Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 cup peach schnapps
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (or to taste)
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach schnapps, brandy, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Add the sliced peaches, orange slices, raspberries, and blueberries to the pitcher.
- Gently stir the fruit into the wine mixture.
- Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add ice cubes to the pitcher.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the wine with white grape juice and omit the peach schnapps and brandy. Add a splash of peach nectar for extra flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup to your taste.
- You can use other types of fruit, such as strawberries or kiwi, to customize your sangria.
