- 2 cups heavy cream, very cold
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- Optional: Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches.
- If desired, stir in a pinch of salt.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to soften slightly.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- For a smoother ice cream, blend the peaches before adding them to the mixture.
- Feel free to add other fruits or flavorings, such as a splash of peach schnapps or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- To prevent ice crystals, make sure your container is airtight.
