Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream, very cold
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • Optional: Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until just combined.
  3. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  4. If desired, stir in a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
  7. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to soften slightly.
  8. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a smoother ice cream, blend the peaches before adding them to the mixture.
  • Feel free to add other fruits or flavorings, such as a splash of peach schnapps or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • To prevent ice crystals, make sure your container is airtight.
