- 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- If using fresh peaches, slice them and freeze them for at least 2 hours.
- Combine the frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk or water at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 1 hour for a firmer consistency.
- If freezing, let it thaw for a few minutes before scooping.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
