Instructions
- Slice the bananas into 1-inch pieces and freeze them for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Place the frozen banana slices in a food processor.
- Process the bananas until they become creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take a few minutes.
- Serve immediately for soft-serve ice cream or freeze for a firmer consistency.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon while processing.
- You can also add other frozen fruits like berries or mangoes for different flavor combinations.
- For a chocolate version, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder.
