These Mini Oreo Cheesecake Bites are the perfect no-bake dessert! Creamy cheesecake filling with crushed Oreos, all nestled in a mini Oreo cookie base. They’re quick, easy, and everyone loves them!

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 12–14 cookies)
- Mini Oreo cookies (for the base)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Place a mini Oreo cookie on a baking sheet or plate.
- Spoon or pipe a dollop of the cheesecake mixture onto each mini Oreo.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the cheesecake bites are firm.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
- For a firmer cheesecake, you can add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the cream cheese mixture.
- Feel free to experiment with different Oreo flavors!
