Description

These Mini Oreo Cheesecake Bites are the perfect no-bake dessert! Creamy cheesecake filling with crushed Oreos, all nestled in a mini Oreo cookie base. They’re quick, easy, and everyone loves them!


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 1214 cookies)
  • Mini Oreo cookies (for the base)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Place a mini Oreo cookie on a baking sheet or plate.
  7. Spoon or pipe a dollop of the cheesecake mixture onto each mini Oreo.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the cheesecake bites are firm.
