- 4 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine watermelon, lime juice, honey/maple syrup (if using), and salt in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
- Enjoy immediately!
Notes
- For a more vibrant color and flavor, use a ripe watermelon.
- Feel free to add other fruits like berries or a sprig of mint for extra flavor.
- If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups and insert the sticks.
