Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine watermelon, lime juice, honey/maple syrup (if using), and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until solid.
  7. To remove popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
