- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, water, sugar, and lime juice (if using).
- Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water, one tablespoon at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely solid.
- To unmold, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull out the popsicles and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the sugar to your preference, depending on the sweetness of the mangoes.
- For a creamier popsicle, add a splash of coconut milk or yogurt to the blender.
- You can also add other fruits like pineapple or banana for extra flavor.
