Ingredients

  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend for a few seconds more, until the lassi is chilled.
  4. Taste and adjust sugar as needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
