- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
- Fill each mini muffin cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the brownie bites cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a fudgier brownie, slightly underbake.
- Store leftover brownie bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add nuts or other mix-ins like sprinkles!
