- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
- If using, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
