Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, protein powder, oil, and vanilla extract to the mug. Stir until well combined and smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
- If desired, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.

Notes
- For a fudgier cake, reduce the cooking time slightly.
