Description

This Spooky Spiderweb Dessert Dip is a fun and easy no-bake treat perfect for your Halloween party! A creamy, sweet base topped with a dark chocolate spiderweb design.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • Food coloring (optional, for colored cream cheese base)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until well combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract. If desired, divide the mixture into portions and tint with food coloring for a festive base.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a serving dish or pie plate.
  5. Place the melted white chocolate chips in a piping bag or a small plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate chips. Place the melted dark chocolate in a separate piping bag or plastic bag.
  7. Pipe a spiral of white chocolate onto the cream cheese base, starting from the center and working your way out.
  8. Using a toothpick or a skewer, drag lines from the center of the spiral outwards to create a spiderweb effect.
  9. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.

Notes

  • For an extra spooky touch, add candy eyeballs to the dip.
  • Ensure your cream cheese and butter are fully softened for a smooth consistency.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
