Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- Food coloring (optional, for colored cream cheese base)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract. If desired, divide the mixture into portions and tint with food coloring for a festive base.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a serving dish or pie plate.
- Place the melted white chocolate chips in a piping bag or a small plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips. Place the melted dark chocolate in a separate piping bag or plastic bag.
- Pipe a spiral of white chocolate onto the cream cheese base, starting from the center and working your way out.
- Using a toothpick or a skewer, drag lines from the center of the spiral outwards to create a spiderweb effect.
- Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.
Notes
- For an extra spooky touch, add candy eyeballs to the dip.
- Ensure your cream cheese and butter are fully softened for a smooth consistency.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
