Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the watermelon slices with olive oil.
- Grill the watermelon for 2-3 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear and the watermelon is slightly softened.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle generously with Tajin seasoning.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
