Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm bananas, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the bananas with melted butter.
  3. Place the bananas cut-side down on the grill.
  4. Grill for 2-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the bananas are slightly softened.
  5. Remove the bananas from the grill.
  6. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try grilling the bananas with a sprinkle of brown sugar.
