- 2 ripe but firm bananas, peeled
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the bananas with melted butter.
- Place the bananas cut-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the bananas are slightly softened.
- Remove the bananas from the grill.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try grilling the bananas with a sprinkle of brown sugar.
- You can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a more decadent dessert.
- If you don’t have a grill, you can cook the bananas in a grill pan or under the broiler.
