Ingredients
Scale
- 3 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup peach nectar
- 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Peach slices and fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Peaches: Place the sliced peaches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen peaches, peach nectar, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Blend Until Smooth: Add a handful of ice cubes and blend until completely smooth and slushy. Add more ice if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and add more simple syrup if needed, depending on the sweetness of your peaches and your preference.
- Serve: Pour the frozen peach bellini mocktail into chilled glasses. Garnish with peach slices and fresh mint sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a smoother texture, you can strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve after blending.
- To make a batch ahead of time, blend all ingredients except the ice. Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze. When ready to serve, add ice and blend until slushy.
- Adjust the amount of simple syrup to your taste; the sweetness of peaches can vary.
- For a fun variation, add a splash of sparkling water or club soda before serving.
