  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the bars are firm.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • You can add a pinch of salt to the peanut butter layer to enhance the flavors.
