Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (14.3 oz) chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1.5 quarts chocolate ice cream, slightly softened

  2. Scoop ice cream onto cookies.
  3. Place a scoop of ice cream on the flat side of half of the cookies.
  4. Top with the remaining cookies, flat side down, to create sandwiches.
  5. Place the sandwiches on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For best results, use high-quality chocolate ice cream.
  • If the ice cream is too hard to scoop, let it soften slightly at room temperature.
  • You can customize these sandwiches by using different flavors of ice cream and cookies.
