Description

Indulge in a rich and decadent Chocolate Brownie Bundt Cake! This recipe combines the fudgy goodness of brownies with the elegant shape of a bundt cake, making it perfect for any occasion. The moist crumb and intense chocolate flavor are sure to impress.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate ganache (optional).

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Don’t overbake the cake, as it can dry out.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
