Description

Whip up a batch of this easy Candy Corn Fudge for a festive and delicious Halloween treat. It’s creamy, sweet, and packed with classic candy corn flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup candy corn, plus extra for topping
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Orange and yellow food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and 1 cup of candy corn until the candy corn is mostly melted and incorporated.
  4. If desired, divide the fudge mixture into two bowls. Add a few drops of orange food coloring to one bowl and yellow food coloring to the other, stirring until evenly colored.
  5. Spoon the fudge mixtures into the prepared baking dish, swirling them together for a marbled effect. Alternatively, if not coloring, pour the entire mixture into the dish.
  6. Sprinkle extra candy corn over the top of the fudge.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, you can chop the candy corn slightly before adding it to the fudge mixture.
  • Store the candy corn fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • This fudge makes a great party favor or addition to a Halloween dessert table.
