Description
Whip up a batch of this easy Candy Corn Fudge for a festive and delicious Halloween treat. It’s creamy, sweet, and packed with classic candy corn flavor!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup candy corn, plus extra for topping
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Orange and yellow food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and 1 cup of candy corn until the candy corn is mostly melted and incorporated.
- If desired, divide the fudge mixture into two bowls. Add a few drops of orange food coloring to one bowl and yellow food coloring to the other, stirring until evenly colored.
- Spoon the fudge mixtures into the prepared baking dish, swirling them together for a marbled effect. Alternatively, if not coloring, pour the entire mixture into the dish.
- Sprinkle extra candy corn over the top of the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, you can chop the candy corn slightly before adding it to the fudge mixture.
- Store the candy corn fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
- This fudge makes a great party favor or addition to a Halloween dessert table.
