Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter will be slightly lumpy.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, gently toss the blueberries with the lemon juice, cinnamon, and a tablespoon of sugar.
  7. Spoon the blueberry mixture evenly over the batter.
  8. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
