- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen, unthawed)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, gently toss the blueberries with the lemon juice, cinnamon, and a tablespoon of sugar.
- Spoon the blueberry mixture evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired!
