- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Biscoff spread, divided
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
- Whisk in the vanilla extract and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Dollop half of the Biscoff spread over the batter. Swirl gently using a knife or skewer.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the Biscoff swirl.
- Dollop the remaining Biscoff spread on top and swirl again.
- Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.

- For extra fudgy brownies, underbake slightly.
