  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread, divided
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Whisk in the vanilla extract and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Dollop half of the Biscoff spread over the batter. Swirl gently using a knife or skewer.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the Biscoff swirl.
  8. Dollop the remaining Biscoff spread on top and swirl again.
  9. Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies over the top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  11. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.
