These Baseball-Themed Rice Krispie Treat Pops are a fun and festive dessert perfect for game day or a baseball-themed party! They’re easy to make and a hit with kids and adults alike.

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 ounces (about 40 large) marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Red gel food coloring
- White candy melts
- Blue candy melts
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well combined. The mixture should be easy to handle.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions.
- In one portion, add a few drops of red gel food coloring and mix until evenly colored. This will be for the baseball ‘stitching.’
- Let the mixture cool slightly until it’s easy to handle.
- Shape the plain mixture into balls (about 2 inches in diameter).
- Insert a lollipop stick into each ball.
- Melt the white candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip the top half of each Rice Krispie treat ball into the melted white candy melts.
- Place the dipped treats on parchment paper to set.
- Melt the blue candy melts according to package instructions.
- Once the white candy melts have set, use the blue candy melts and a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a small corner snipped off to pipe on the baseball stitching design (two curved lines).
- Let the pops set completely before serving.
Notes
- For a smoother finish, you can lightly grease your hands before shaping the Rice Krispie treats.
- If the Rice Krispie mixture gets too sticky, let it cool slightly before handling.
- Store these pops in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
